Mr. Everbach co-founded Evergreen Realty Partners in June 2004, after 19 years in the commercial real estate industry. He has held senior management positions for several commercial real estate companies throughout his career.
Mr. Everbach has concentrated on strategically positioning real estate assets to maximize value in their respective markets and has achieved success in the most challenging market conditions. He has completed over 5 million square feet of transactions representing an aggregate value over $800 million.
Prior to starting Evergreen, Mr. Everbach was Chief Operating Officer for a privately owned real estate developer/investor in Dallas from 2001 to 2004. In this capacity, Mr. Everbach provided strategic guidance, investment oversight and analysis of the company’s investments for the CEO. Mr. Everbach also directed the development of 1505 Elm Street, a 16-story high-rise condominium building in downtown Dallas. He also helped complete the restructuring and disposition of 1401 Elm Street (a 50-story office tower). He was also responsible for regulatory compliance, governmental affairs, asset management and new business development.
He served as Managing Director, Asset Services of Cushman & Wakefield for four years, beginning in 1997. Mr. Everbach inherited a division with 40 people and a portfolio of 4 million square feet, operating at a substantial loss. He restructured and grew the division to total 10 million square feet and a staff of 150. His responsibilities included asset management, leasing and property management, and construction management. The office was the most profitable Asset Services region in the company in 2000.
Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Everbach served as Vice President of pension fund advisor Cambridge Realty Partners from 1990-1997; Senior Leasing Representative at Trammell Crow Company in Chicago, IL from 1988-1990; and Leasing Representative at Joe Foster Company from 1985-1988.
Mr. Everbach earned a Bachelor of Arts from Boston University in 1985. He has served on the Board of Directors of the Central Dallas Association, the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors, and was Chairman of their Governmental Affairs Committee. He resides in Dallas with his wife and two daughters.
Douglas R. Deason

Mr. Deason co-founded Evergreen with Mr. Everbach in June 2004. He has an extensive background in commercial real estate over the past 20 years. Mr. Deason has also been a facilitator of numerous multi-million dollar corporate mergers and acquisitions, and has much experience with a variety of real estate investments and developments.
Mr. Deason founded Precept Builders, Inc. in 1993 to construct a luxury high-rise condominium building in the Preston Center area of Dallas, Texas, and also serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. The company specializes in office, retail, residential and churches, and has offices in California and Florida. Other ventures include medical office buildings, warehouses and tenant finish projects.
He also worked at Cushman & Wakefield where he represented various large industrial and high-tech companies in their nationwide real estate needs. He was voted “Rookie of the Year” in 1986 for outstanding service. Prior to Cushman & Wakefield he worked as a commercial real estate broker for The Faidor Company.
Mr. Deason received a BS/BA, Data Processing/Quantitative Analysis from the University of Arkansas in 1984. He is a Licensed Commercial Real Estate Broker and serves as Membership Chair for the Young Presidents’ Organization, West Texas Chapter. He resides in Dallas with his wife and two children.

David W. Karcher

As one of the founding Partners in Evergreen Realty Partners, Mr. Karcher brings 35 years of development and construction experience to the management team. His experience includes Retail Centers, High-Rise Residential, Office Buildings and High-End Corporate Interiors. He also serves as President and Chief Operating Officer of Precept Builders, Inc.
Precept Builders, Inc. is a Dallas-based General Contractor specializing in commercial projects. In recent years, Precept has experienced exponential growth, and consistently ranks in the Dallas Business Journal’s listing of the Top 25 General Contractors in North Texas. Precept is a recognized leader providing Design-Build construction services in Texas and nine other states
Mr. Karcher received a BS/Construction Science degree from Texas A&M University in 1971, and an MBA from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University in 1975. He is currently active in the Dallas Chapter of the Make-A-Wish Foundation, and serves on the Board of Directors for QUOIN, the North Texas Chapter of Associated General Contractors of America. He lives in Dallas with his wife, and has three children who are grown and in professions of their own.

Jeffrey A. Wheeler
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Wheeler has over twenty years experience in all phases of real estate including development, construction and management. His responsibilities include financial reporting, cost control and cash management. Mr. Wheeler also serves as Vice President of Finance for Precept Builders.
